• How long does a Botox treatment take, and what is involved?

  Usually, a Botox treatment takes 15-25 minutes and doesn't require anesthesia. A fine needle is used to inject Botox into specific muscles, and topical anesthesia (numbing cream) may be used to make the process as pain-free as possible.

• Fine Lines & Wrinkles

  Fine lines first tend to appear around the eyes and mouth in your thirties and are caused by the natural breakdown of collagen and elastin in the skin combined with years of exposure to the sun's harmful UV rays. 

• Aging Skin

  Aging skin starts to appear on the face and hands in your forties and is caused by the natural separation of collagen in your skin.

• Heavy or Dropped Eyebrows

  The eyebrows lose elasticity around the upper eyelid, which leaves eyebrows appearing heavy and dropped. 

• Frown Lines

  The inner layer (dermis) of the skin thins and divides cells as the natural aging process occurs. As a result, both elastin and skin fibres loosen, causing the skin to lose elasticity. Sun damage and smoking can also cause frown lines.

• Crow's Feet

  Smoking, contact with the sun, aging and frequent squinting can promote formation of crow's feet, which often appear around the eyes in your mid-thirties. 

• Forehead Wrinkles

  Caused by genes and aging in addition to sun exposure and other environmental factors, forehead wrinkles often appear in your mid-thirties.
